ESA 1

EBS develops fully automatic balancing machines integrated into continuous production lines, ensuring reduced cycle times and high reliability.

An example is the ESA 1 machine, designed for balancing flywheels up to 10 kg. It consists of six stations: loading, angular orientation, measurement, correction, control, and unloading. A rotary table automatically transfers the parts between stations.

The machine can process different types of flywheels in random sequence, automatically recognizing each part and applying unbalance correction by milling or drilling.

The machine is equipped with the high-sensitivity EQ21S-TS touch monitor, allowing full control of the production process.

To ensure operator safety, the machine is equipped with safety guards.
