Automatic two-station balancing machine for flywheels or pulleys up to 3 kg with unbalance correction by drilling.
The system allows simultaneous measuring, correction and loading/unloading operations. A manipulator with double pneumatic grippers transfers the part between stations, with optional 180° rotation.
The machine can be integrated into automatic lines with external robots.
The machine is equipped with the high-sensitivity EQ21S-TS touch monitor, enabling simple and intuitive operation.
To ensure operator safety, the machine is equipped with safety guards.
