Fully automatic balancing machine for flywheels or pulleys with a mass up to 10 kg, with unbalance correction by drilling.
The drilling unit is mounted on two controlled X and Z axes (horizontal and vertical), and the machine is equipped with an automatic loader and infeed/outfeed roller conveyors for fully automated process handling.
The machine is equipped with the high-sensitivity EQ21S-TS touch monitor, enabling simple and intuitive operation and easy integration into production systems.
To ensure operator safety, the machine is equipped with interlocked automaticsafety guards.
