Fully automatic balancing machine for electric brakes with a mass up to 100 kg and diameter up to 550 mm.
Unbalance is automatically corrected in two planes by milling. After measurement, the part is clamped on a rotary table with three hydraulic self-centering jaws; during machining, the table rotates by an angle calculated according to the unbalance.
The milling unit is mounted on two controlled axes, ensuring high precision and repeatability.
The machine is equipped with the high-sensitivity EQ21S-TS touch monitor, enabling simple and intuitive operation of automatic cycles.
To ensure operator safety, the machine is equipped with safety guards.
