R800 is a horizontal balancing machine for rotors up to 1200 kg, designed for high-precision dynamic balancing of rotating components with a horizontal axis, including cantilever balancing with rigid or soft supports.
The customizable bed allows for adaptation to various lengths and production configurations. It is available with an underslung belt drive with pneumatic tensioning or a cardan shaft drive.
Equipped with a high-sensitivity EQ21S-TS touch monitor and configurable with safety guards (perimeter fencing or manual/motorized telescopic tunnels), it can integrate a laser sensor for roller deflection measurement and interconnection with ERP systems and Industry 4.0, making it ideal for advanced balancing and production lines.
