R2K-B-VS is a horizontal balancing machine for rotors up to 3000 kg, designed for high-precision dynamic balancing of shafts, rollers, and horizontal-axis rotating components, including overhung balancing applications.
The customizable bed allows for adaptation to various lengths and production configurations. Available with either an underslung belt drive with pneumatic tensioning or a cardan shaft drive.
Equipped with high sensivity monitor touch EQ21S-TS and configurable with safety guards (wire mesh or manual/motorized telescopic tunnels) and can integrate a laser sensor for roller runout measurement, automatic lubrication, and interconnection with ERP systems and Industry 4.0, making it ideal for advanced production and balancing lines.
