Automatic balancing line composed of two vertical dual-station balancing machines, each served by an anthropomorphic robot for loading and unloading.
Each machine features a transfer manipulator to move the drum between measuring and correction stations. Unbalance correction is performed by radial milling, while a dedicated system checks the drum diameter during measurement.
A magnetic chip conveyor ensures a clean working area.
The line is equipped with the high-sensitivity EQ21S-TS touch monitor, enabling centralized process control.
To ensure operator safety, the line is equipped with safety guards.
