Cabinets – Balancing machines
EBS electrical cabinets represent the technological core of our machines, integrating the latest Siemens components such as PLCs, drives, and motors to ensure maximum reliability and process control. All internal components are protected with an IP54 rating, ensuring resistance to dust and water splashes — ideal for industrial environments.
Each cabinet includes an industrial PC running Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, equipped with a 17” high-resolution touch screen display (1280×1024) with IP66 front panel protection.
The unit delivers high performance thanks to a 512 GB SSD storage, and includes 4 RS232 serial ports, 2 RJ45 LAN ports, and 5 USB ports (one on the front panel). Optional dual-band wireless connection (2.4GHz / 5GHz) is also available.
The solution supports Ethernet network connection, color data visualization, touch screen control, and printer integration, making it a complete platform ready for Industry 4.0.
If needed, the cabinets can be equipped with air conditioning systems to ensure reliable operation even in demanding or thermally critical environments.
