Automatic balancing machine designed for brake discs in the automotive sector.
Unbalance is automatically corrected in a single plane by milling on the outer diameter of the disc. The part is clamped on a rotary table with three hydraulic self-centering jaws; during machining, the table rotates by an angle calculated according to the unbalance.
The machine can handle different types of brake discs and is equipped with automatic loading and infeed/outfeed conveyors.
The machine is equipped with the high-sensitivity EQ21S-TS touch monitor, enabling simple and intuitive operation of automatic cycles.
To ensure operator safety, the machine is equipped with safety guards.
