Automatic balancing machine for two-plane balancing of fans equipped with their own motor.
The machine features automatic angular positioning and two weight insertion units mounted on three controlled axes for placing correction weights on the fan blades.
The system is designed with two stations: one for balancing and one for loading and unloading. While one fan is being processed, the operator can load and unload parts on the second station. An automatic manipulator transfers the parts between the stations.
The machine is equipped with the high-sensitivity EQ21S-TS touch monitor, enabling simple and intuitive operation and automatic cycle management.
To ensure operator safety, the machine is equipped with safety guards.
