Fully automatic vertical balancing machine for flywheels or pulleys with a mass up to 100 kg, with unbalance correction by drilling.
The machine is equipped with double drilling units, vertical and horizontal, allowing axial and radial drilling with controlled depth. Each unit is mounted on a special “floating” support that compensates its weight, preventing unwanted forces on the measuring spindle during correction.
The machine is equipped with the high-sensitivity EQ21S-TS touch monitor, enabling simple and intuitive operation and automatic cycle management.
To ensure operator safety, the machine is equipped with safety guards.
