R8K-B-VS is a horizontal balancing machine for balancing rollers, cylinders, fans and electric motors weighing up to 12,000 kg.
The machine is equipped with a double end drive system, wrap-around belt with pneumatic tensioning, and two axial drilling units for semi-automatic unbalance correction.
The customizable bed allows for adaptation to various lengths and production configurations, with a choice of wrap-around belt drive or cardan shaft drive.
The system is managed via a high-sensitivity EQ21S-TS touch monitor and can be protected by safety guards such as perimeter fencing or manual/motorized telescopic tunnels. The equipment can be enhanced with laser sensors for roller deflection measurement, automatic lubrication systems, and full integration into Industry 4.0 digital processes for communication with management software.
