EBS machines are available in horizontal or vertical configurations, and can be manual, semi-automatic, or fully automated, including robotic handling systems and automatic correction stations. Each system is custom-built to suit the dimensions and geometry of the components being balanced.
On request, our machines can include laser-based measurement systems mounted on anthropomorphic robots for automated geometric checks, enhancing both process automation and quality control. The proprietary EBS software ensures full process traceability and advanced balancing data analysis.
All EBS systems are built with Siemens components, industrial PCs running Windows 11, and are powered by our proprietary software Zenon VR and Zenon OR. These platforms guarantee maximum reliability, user-friendly interfaces, and easy integration into any digital infrastructure.
