Fully automatic balancing machine for balancing flywheels or pulleys with a mass up to 3 Kg by drilling. The drilling unit is mounted on two controlled X and Z axes (horizontal and vertical). The number of holes and the drilling depth are automatically calculated as a function of the measured amount of unbalance. The machine is equipped with an automatic pneumatically operated vertical safety guard. The machine can also be inserted in a fully automated line with automatic loading/unloading. The EQ21S-TS measuring instrumentation, via the network connection, can exchange data with external PCs or servers. The machine meets the requirements to obtain the benefits of Industry 4.0.
