Horizontal balancing machine for balancing rotors with a mass up to 1000 Kg. The machine is particularly suitable in the agricultural sector for balancing shredders and flail mowers. The power of the installed motor allows the flail mower to rotate, with the hammers mounted, fast times and to reach a balancing speed up to 2500 RPM. An electromagnetic brake allows you to keep the piece still during the welding operation of the correction masses. The machine is equipped with a safety guard, according to ISO 21940-23 / 2012, in Class B. The 17″ touch screen monitor of the instrumentation allows an excellent display of the unbalance values; the ease of use of the software allows you to set all the data of the rotor to be balanced and to access all the machine functions immediately. The machine has the necessary requirements to access the Industry 4.0 tax breaks.
