Machine
ESA 5
Dual station automatic machine for balancing flywheels or pulleys with a mass up to 3 kg with unbalance compensation by drilling. Whilst loading and unloading, or measuring the unbalance in one station, the unbalance compensation by drilling is performed on the other station. A manipulator with two pneumatically operated hands automatically carries the piece from the measuring station to the correction station and conversely. If necessary the piece can be turned upside down while transferring it. Loading and unloading may also be done automatically by an external robot interfaced with the balancing machine.
